We have finished Chest/Triceps and Back/Biceps and today is turn for Shoulders.So,here is our today's
workout for shoulders.Do some warm-up with light weights..and then start..
EXERCISE SETS REPS
BARBELL MILITARY PRESS 5 5
SEATED DUMBELL PRESS 5 5
LATERAL RAISE(SIDE RAISE) 3 6-8
BARBELL SHRUGS 3 6-8
UP-RIGHT ROWING 2 10-12
