Back/Shoulders
EXERCISE SETS REPS
PULL-UPS 3 10,10,10.
LAT PULL DOWN 3 12,10,8
BENT-OVER ROWING 3 12,10,8
SINGLE ARM ROWING 3 12,10,8
BARBELL MILITARY PRESS 3 12,10,8
DUMBBELL PRESS(SEATED) SUPER SET WITH FRONT RAISE 3SETS FOR 12,10,8 REPS..
BARBELL SHRUGS SUPER SET WITH SIDE LATERAL 3 SETS FOR 12,10,8 REPS..
OVER....that's it for day two..
